Pumpkin Shrimp display a warm orange colouration that brightens any planted setup. They are hardy, active, and ideal for hobbyists wanting colourful shrimp that breed easily.

Water Conditions:
• Temperature: 20–26°C
• pH: 6.5–7.5
• GH: 6–8
• KH: 2–6
• Require consistent parameters for successful breeding

Diet:

• A variety of good-quality fish foods is fine for Neocaridina shrimp, but make sure they're truly high quality. If you only feed these, the cheapest options usually don't offer the nutrition shrimp need
• Shrimp pellets and algae wafers 
• Soft algae and biofilm products like: Bacter AE
• Snow Powder from Nature Boys 
• They enjoy a wide variety of vegetables such as baby marrow, spinach, green beans, pumpkin, broccoli, carrot, butternut, sweet potato, beetroot and lettuce. All vegetables should be lightly blanched so they are soft enough to graze on.

Helpful Information:
• Adult shrimp are safe with most small, peaceful fish, but keep in mind that tiny shrimplets will almost always be eaten, so only adults reliably coexist in a community tank
• Provide moss and fine plants for baby shrimp hiding
