Ease of Care: Easy to moderate

Water Conditions:
• Temperature: 20–26°C
• pH: 6.5–7.5
• GH: 6–8
• KH: 2–6
• Stable parameters are essential for maintaining strong colour

Diet:

• A variety of good-quality fish foods is fine for Neocaridina shrimp, but make sure they're truly high quality. If you only feed these, the cheapest options usually don't offer the nutrition shrimp need
• Shrimp pellets and algae wafers 
• Soft algae and biofilm products like: Bacter AE
• Snow Powder from Nature Boys 
• They enjoy a wide variety of vegetables such as baby marrow, spinach, green beans, pumpkin, broccoli, carrot, butternut, sweet potato, beetroot and lettuce. All vegetables should be lightly blanched so they are soft enough to graze on.

Helpful Information:
• Colour intensity improves with a dark substrate
• Peaceful and community-friendly
• Best kept in species-only or shrimp-safe tanks

Shrimplets quickly become fish food in a community tank - unless you provide loads of hiding places with plants like Subwassertang and Pearlweed for them to disappear into.
