These Terracotta Pleco Caves make an excellent hideaway for plecos, and can also be enjoyed by other fish such as  dwarf cichlids and other cave-loving species. They are especially useful for breeding Bristlenose Plecos, providing the male with a secure space to settle in, rest and guard his clutch of eggs until they hatch. Many male Bristlenose will happily make a suitable cave their permanent home. If you're planning to breed your plecos, a dedicated breeding cave is a must-have!
